How do I know it is really silver or gold?

Jewellery always needs to be marked as it is gold or silver. Therefore there will always be a mark in real silver and gold jewellery. The silver mark is 925,900 or 800, sterling silver is also approved. Most of the times it will be 925 and in our jewellery it stands in the clasp.

How will the jewellery be packed?

The jewellery will be packed in a bio-degradable box suited for jewellery. By doing this, we minimize the environmental impact. Upon request, the jewellery can be packed as a gift. For delivery, it is shipped in a box made of recycled cardboard. 

Can jewellery be personalized?

Yes, this is definitely possible upon request. It is possible to engrave something personal on the jewellery with a flat plate or pendant. This costs more and will be made after payment. Send an email or message for the possibilities. 

Is it possible to exchange jewellery for a different size?

Yes, this is a possibility and you can request this via email. Afterwards you will receive a shipping label. Upon arrival, the replacement size will be sent back.

Is there a warranty on the jewellery?

Because LEWA design is confident in the quality of its jewellery, all jewellery is supplied with a 12-month warranty. Even after the warranty period has expired, we will work together with you as a customer to see what is possible to resolve any potential problems.
