Delivery, returns and exchange

Delivery

Delivery and shipping of orders is done through our postal delivery service and will be delivered in 3-5 business days. The delivery is shipped carbon neutral. Please note that in case of personalized purchases, the delivery time is longer.

Returning

Returned jewellery must be in its original condition. We check all returned jewellery for defects. The item is in the responsibility of the sender until it arrives at Lewa Design.

LEWA design is not liable for damage caused by careless handling. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. The amount of the purchase will be returned as soon as possible after arrival.

Exchange

In case a piece of jewellery is too big or too small, it can be exchanged for another size. This must be indicated before shipping via e-mail so we can process this as soon as possible.
